Our history

Maniera gelateria started its first steps in April 2017 from Katakolon, in one of the most historic parts of the village, next to the old plane-tree. At the same time, at the same time, she set foot in the center of Athens (Neos Kosmos) with a retail & wholesale point of authentic Italian ice cream.
With dedication to quality and respect for the customer, we have managed over time to introduce you to our own way of producing authentic Italian ice cream, using pure raw materials. Your acceptance and your love all these years have created the moral obligation for us to be present with one more store in August 2020, in the capital of the prefecture of Ilia (Pyrgos), on Iatridis Square.

What is our secret?

The secret to our production process is ‘simplicity‘. We select few and select raw materials, balanced and combined, with the ultimate goal of delivering a natural and authentic taste, with an extremely creamy texture, solid structure, without extra air expansion and unnecessary fats and sugars.
